Italian authorities revoke Snooki’s driver’s license
It turns out Snooki's cop car run-in came with consequences.
Following her fender bender with an Italian traffic patrol car on Monday, Italian authorities have revoked her international driver’s license, an MTV spokesperson tells CNN.
The 23-year-old, who’s currently filming MTV’s “Jersey Shore” in the country along with the rest of the reality show cast, was attempting to drive around Florence in a Fiat Multipla with "Shore" star Deena Cortese when she got into a minor car accident with a police vehicle. The cruiser, funnily enough, was an escort appointed for the cast's security, according to People.
Since she played bumper cars with police, Italian authorities have revoked her license, and according to Us Weekly, she could face a civil suit.
The two police officers who were in the vehicle suffered minor injuries and could take Snooki to court. A Florence police spokesperson told Us, "It was nothing serious and they have been released, but they will not be back at work for a week."
Apparently, the “Jersey Shore” crew has also racked up more than 300 euros worth of fines for traffic violations in the three weeks the cast has been in the country.

Snooki’s Neck Brace Just a Joke, MTV Says
Did we get snookered by Snooki? After getting into a accident with a police car in Italy, Jersey Shore star Snooki sported a neck brace, then later waved it around and laughed. "She was joking," says an MTV spokesperson. "She sustained no injuries as a result of the traffic incident."
The reality star, real name Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi, got into the fender-bender while driving with costar Deena Nicole Cortese and a member of the show's production team in Florence. She crashed into the back of a traffic patrol car, which ironically, was escort that had been appointed for the TV stars' personal safety.
There was no alcohol involved in the accident and no one was arrested, but Snooki did lose her international drivers license, MTV says.

Snooki in Custody After Cop Car Crash
Snooki was driving when she struck the cop car, but sources connected with the production tell TMZ, "Zero alcohol was involved."
Snooki was taken into custody in Florence, Italy on Monday after crashing into a police car ... TMZ has learned.
We're told no one was injured.
A witness tell TMZ, Snooki smacked her into the back of the patrol car, wedging her ride between the car and a highway protection wall. The witness says Deena was in the passenger seat at the time of the crash -- and when she tried to exit the car, she had to go through the window ... because the door was blocked by the wall.
A source connected to the production tells TMZ, although Snooki is in custody ... it is not a formal arrest.

UK ‘Jersey Shore’ Already a Hit
LONDON - Naked surgically enhanced breasts, vomiting in the streets, acres of fake-tan and what one critic described as "a whole new low" for British television. Yes, it's Geordie Shore, the UK version of Jersey Shore, which rolled out on MTV Tuesday night.
The series, which follows a group of sexed-up twenty-somethings from Newcastle, provides a near-anthropological study of their mating, fighting and hot-tub antics that has horrified local residents.
"It was even worse than I thought it would be. Geordie and North East folk have been made a laughing stock of," one viewer posted on Facebook. But the show looks set to follow in the footsteps of similar series The Only Way Is Essex, Big Fat Gypsy Wedding and Made in Chelsea by being a big hit with young British viewers.
MTV UK said Wednesday that the show's debut had scored its biggest audience in three years, pulling in 330,000 viewers - of whom 177,000 were 16-24s for the first night episode.
The audience numbers were a very strong showing for the digital channel, beating The Hills and making MTV the highest viewed non-terrestrial channel in pay homes in the 10 p.m. slot, beaten only by BBC1 and Channel 4.
The show’s Twitter tag (#GeordieShore) was listed as one of the most popular trending topics on the night in the UK & Ireland and featured in 0.25 percent of all Tweets.
But even a solid ratings performance has not endeared the show to TV critics.
"It was enough to make most Geordies want to distance themselves from Newcastle and to make the rest of us want to distance ourselves from humanity," wrote The Metro's Rachel Tarley.
"We truly have kissed goodbye to our standards, television viewers," she added. "Geordie Shore was a whole new low."

The Boys Of Jersey Shore Grab A Bite To Eat
While the “L” in GTL usually stands for laundry, it looks like it’s changed to “lunch” (for the time being at least).

Ronnie and The Situation — We’ve Buried The Hatchet
Good news everyone ... The Situation has found it in his heart to forgive the guy who punched him in the face ... and now, we're told Sitch and Ronnie are back to being friends again.
Multiple sources close to both "Jersey Shore" stars tell us ... the guys had a long talk after the altercation and "worked out their issues."
We're told the whole fight went down in the first place after Ronnie had returned from a night of clubbing with his GF Sammi. Ronnie was pretty heated over an argument he had with Sammi ... and in his rage, "turned his anger towards Mike."
Sources tell us Ronnie began to talk smack to Sitch -- taking personal shots regarding Sitch's family -- and The Sitch eventually snapped.
The two men fought briefly before it was "quickly broken up" -- and Ronnie then blew off some steam by punching a wall and tearing up his knuckles.
But it's all water under the bridge now -- the fellas talked it out and are "fine now."

Is MTV Covering Up a Jersey Shore Brawl?
Could MTV finally be trying to keep a Situation quiet?
In response to a report that roommates Ronnie Magro kicked Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino butt in a not-so-friendly brawl between Jersey Shore roommates, the network will only acknowledge that the Sitch needed medical attention last night in Italy.
Judging by the state of his face today, that part isn't hard to believe.
"Monday evening, Mike received medical attention after an accidental injury in the house," MTV said in a statement to E! News. "He was treated and is now at home with the rest of the cast."
Including Ronnie, who, in case you hadn't noticed over the course of three seasons, has a bit of a temper.
While Mike was sporting a shiner, TMZ snapped photos of Ronnie's knicked-up knuckles. Coincedence?
If MTV's cameras have been following the Jersey Shore kids as diligently as they have the Teen Mom action, perhaps we'll have our answer when season four premieres.
Ronnie Mocks Situation: How Ya Like Them Abs
As if kickin' Situation's ass wasn't bad enough, Ronnie then mocked him by stealing his trademark d-bag move of lifting his shirt and flashing his abs to fans on the street in Italy yesterday.
As TMZ reported yesterday, Ronnie beat up The Situation the other day -- leaving Sitch with red marks all over his face and left eye.
GTL now stands for gym, tan, laugh at Sitch.
